V gréčtine existujú dve slová pre poznanie: Logos a Gnosis. Logos odkazuje na obsah, ktorý sa dá naučiť, a slovu Gnosis vyjadruje poznanie prostredníctvom intuície a skúseností. Logos možno vyjadriť slovami, Gnosis je neverbálne poznanie. Každá skúsenosť je subjektívna.

Tento workshop je príležitosťou zažiť 5 Rytmov ako mapu, aby sme lepšie pochopili, kto sme a čo sme, keď sme v pohybe.

5Rytmov- Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical a „Stilness“ nám umožňujú ísť hlboko do pravdy okamihu bez ponáhľania.

V každodennom živote a najmä po týchto ťažkých rokoch narážame na miesta pochybností, odporu, tieňov, ktoré zaberajú kapacitu nášho bytia, narážame na miesta izolácie a túžby pretrhnúť putá so svetom. Naša skúsenosť nás učí, že keď sa pohybujeme vedome, keď naše uvedomenie rastie tým, že venujeme pozornosť udalostiam okolo nás, nie je to len dar nášho nevysloveného potenciálu, ale aj vyššie vedomie nášho poznania „Logos“ a „Gnosis“.

Zámerom tohto workshopu je prehĺbiť rôzne „formy“ vedomia, s ktorými sa každý z nás stretáva na tanečnom parkete; seba samého, seba s partnerom a so skupinou.

Každý krok je dôležitý, nech je akokoľvek malý. Vďaka tomu je práca tejto skupiny krásna a silná a to, čo dostaneme na oplátku, môžeme integrovať do svojho každodenného života.

 Workshop je otvorený pre všetkých bez predchádzajúcich skúseností s 5Rytmami.Workshop je vedený v angličtine so slovenským prekladom,

 In Greek, there are two words for Knowledge: Logos and Gnosis. Logos refers to content that can be learned, and gnosis is known through intuition and experience. Logos can be expressed in wards, gnosis is non-verbal. Every experience is subjective. This workshop is an opportunity to experience the 5Rhythms as a map to better understand who we are and what we are when we are in motion. The 5Rhythms, Fluid, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness allow us to go deep into the truth of the moment without rushing. In our daily lives, and especially after these difficult years, we come across places of doubt, resistance, shadows that occupy the capacity of our being, we come across places of isolation and the desire to break the ties with the world. Our experience teaches as that when we move consciously, when our awareness grows by paying attention to the events around us, it is not only a gift of our unspoken potential, but also a higher awareness of our Logos and our Gnosis. The intention of this workshop is to deepen the different 'forms' of consciousness that each of us encounters on the dance floor; yourself with yourself, yourself with a partner and withthe group.
