New York State Senate // Joint Public Hearing // February 28, 2020            
The New York State Senate Committee on Housing, Construction and Community Development, chaired by Senator Brian Kavanagh, and the Committee on Social Services, chaired by Senator Roxanne Persaud, will hold a joint public hearing to examine issues related to homelessness, housing insecurity, and affordable housing, and to identify potential legislative remedies.

The hearing will convene on Friday, February 28, 2020 at 10 a.m. at 250 Broadway, 19th Floor, in Manhattan.

If you would like to present relevant testimony at this hearing in-person, please fill out this form.  We will do our best to accommodate all requests to testify in person, though given time constraints that may not be possible.  In-person testimony generally will be limited to 10 minutes, with additional time to answer questions from Senators, but we may set a shorter time limit if a large number of people wish to testify.
