2020 Episcopal Diocese of Washington Convention Exhibitors Sign-up Form
Those wishing to host an exhibit table at The Episcopal Diocese of Washington's annual convention must request a space no later than Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. Space is limited and we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

Applicants will be notified by Monday, January 13 of whether we are able to accommodate your exhibit request.

Exhibitors must agree to complete all on-site setup of their exhibit table/space at the cathedral between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 24 (please note: this time frame begins later than previous years) OR between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 25.

Please be mindful of our efforts to feed every registered attendee and let us know in the questions below how many lunches your table will require (maximum 2 lunches per $70 requested donation).

*We will not be able to handle deliveries or transport goods to the cathedral, such arrangements must be handled by the exhibitor.*

We will include a link to our online donation form in our confirmation email. We have typically asked for a minimum donation matching the registration fee, this year that is $70. For exhibitors, this donation will cover up to two lunches. If you have more than two people working your exhibit table who will need lunch, we ask that you increase your donation accordingly. Please wait to make your donation until after you've received confirmation of your space.
