This survey is intended to research the beliefs and habits of people in my online circles, the results (and the hypotheses behind them) will be published on putanumonit.com.

The survey is completely anonymous and collects no identifying information. It contains 16 multiple-choice questions to enable analysis. I encourage you to choose the option that most closely matches you, or skip the question if no option is close. The question order is randomized.
