Property owners in your area have expressed interest about having public sewer made available. In response, the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) is considering initiating an ECUA-funded sewer expansion project in your area. Prior to moving forward in the process, feasibility of such a project needs to be determined and public input gathered. To that end, we would like to obtain the property owner’s interest in connecting to a sanitary sewer system in consideration of the information provided herein, if sewer were made available. It is vital that your input be obtained for this project to be further considered.
