The main aim of the mapping is to collect and understand the good practices in place in the networks participating in the project. It should identify the best practices that partners are able to share with other colleagues from other networks.
A good practice is not only a practice that is good, but a practice that has been proven to work well and produce good results, and is therefore recommended as a model. It is a successful experience, which has been tested and validated, in the broad sense, which has been repeated and deserves to be shared so that a greater number of people can adopt it.
When we are referring to a good practice example we generally understand both longer term programs and shorter projects, with clear references to their transferability and sustainability.
The criteria chosen for mapping the practices include:
- relevance to one or more of the 4 identified AL themes: guidance, VNFIL, outreach and basic/soft skills;
- relevance for social inclusion processes;
- level of satisfaction/ assessment of the beneficiaries;
- sustainability and potential for transferability.
