Kinetic Fire 2023 Instructor Application
Please submit ONE application per person. Your application will be reviewed after applications have closed on January 18, 2023. You will be notified of acceptance or denial by email, by February 1st, 2023.
 
Our current venue is Hannon's Camp America, located in College Corner, Ohio.
We will make some accommodations and help those long distance instructors who are unable to provide their own camping gear. Everyone else will be expected to provide their own camping gear.

For 2023 event, there are no specific Covid requirements or restrictions. We encourage organizers, instructors, and attendees to take any precautions they are comfortable with. In the event of a local outbreak impacting hospital capacities, or for any other reason, we reserve the right to revisit this policy.

Many instructors have unique products that they are involved in producing that they’d like to vend at Kinetic Fire. If you would like to vend, please make sure to fill out the application for backpack vendors. This does not include products that you are a promotional representative for, or have not personally been involved in producing. We have a limited number of backpack vending slots available. If you’d like to sell items that fall into that category, please submit an application to be a vendor or backpack vendor.
