Please complete and submit this form to register for DHS SUMMER Credit Recovery 2021.
Credit Recovery will begin on June 28th and go through August 20th.

Students who failed 3 or more courses, or received a final grade of less than a 50% will require additional time to complete the necessary credits for promotion.
*Students who failed 3+ courses will be required to attend, on campus, July 6-August 4th (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 8-2:30pm). Students who failed 1-2 courses will be provided a virtual only option.
*Students who received <50% final grade will have to complete the 8 week recovery module. Students who scored between a 50-59% will complete a 3-week module.
