Any requests made with less than 7 days notice will likely not be able to be filled. You are more than welcome to submit your request, but know that we can not guarantee availability to make your order.

Please place your request with as much advance notice as possible to ensure your preferred date and time are available. You can book appointments up to 1 year before your event.

Initial response from your submission can take up to 7 days.

We are unable to recreate photo images on cakes.

We will not be able to use trademarked or copy-written designs or material as a cake decoration.

Cakes are to be kept in the refrigerator until 2 hours before your event. Cakes are best transported on a flat level surface like your floorboard or trunk.

Pick up times for cakes are Thursday4-5pm, Friday 11am to 7pm and Saturday 11am to 7pm; Please plan accordingly. Cakes can be kept/ stored in the refrigerator up to five days.
