The programme will be re-designed by Manoj Daji with Shane McLeod, Belgium’s Olympic Gold winning coach and Joe Hanks. Coaches for the emerging and advanced cohorts are Joe Hanks, Shane Mcleod, Manoj Daji, Sandie Mackie, Rochi Gonzalez, Paul White and John Bonneywell.

The RPC programme will  include a combination of the most up to date outdoor hockey training and fundamental movement and speed conditioning devised by Paul White as well as some boxing sessions at Studio Box.

Apply in the first instance if you are at the following level of play:
- Premier Reserve or Premier Player
- School First Eleven A Grade or SuperCity.
- U18 Rep Player 2021

Players must be 15 years old to apply for the RPC.

The fee for Block 1 is $450 per player covering coaches, turf fees, boxing and AKH admin costs.

Wednesdays PM -  St Cuthberts Turf  - Times TBC
Saturdays AM - Lloyd Elsmore Park - Times -TBC
 
RPC Emerging Players - Starting Monday 8th November (Or Athletes expected after final School Exams):
Mondays 6pm at the Domain Grandstand with Paul White
Wednesdays PM -  St Cuthberts Turf  - Times TBC
Saturdays AM - Lloyd Elsmore Park - AM - TBC

The final training session will be 15th December.
