About:
This Training course aims to provide youth workers and young people with the tools and
methods developed within the framework of the EMOTICOM project, which is intended to be
an energizing initiative to counteract the impact of COVID, especially on health and metal well-being
among young people.
The methodology used in this training course in Spain, will be a combination of non-formal education
tools, to bring innovative tools for their well-being and mental health, to engage young
people in counteracting their mental challenges caused by COVID-19 and to empower youth
communities in working for their mental health and well-being.
