Educator's Workshop Proposal Request
Thank you for your interest in submitting a session proposal to present for our Tech Changemakers Educator's Workshop. This conference is specifically focused on the leadership and technology for elementary, secondary, and postsecondary educators in both formal and informal education in Nebraska and possibly beyond! We are hosting this program at UNL's East Campus on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, from 9AM to 4PM. Selected presenters will be able to attend the conference for free, if you would like, but we do need to know if that is your plan so we can account for you in attendee and food numbers.

In an era of rapid change, driven by technological advances and shifting demands, we want to provide a dedicated space for educators to discuss innovative teaching methods and strategies for effective learning, support you with a variety of resources, and share leadership insights. The sessions are meant to be informative and interactive, encouraging a dynamic exchange of ideas and best practices among attendees. We hope to provide an opportunity for networking with others from across the state and beyond.

The deadline to submit a proposal is Friday, April 12th. If there are issues with this deadline, contact Dr. Dawn Lindsley at dawn.lindsley@unl.edu. You will be notified by Monday, April 15th, if your proposal is selected.

To have your session proposal considered for the program, please complete the form below. Each proposal must be submitted individually. You should receive a copy of your responses post submission. If you do not receive this confirmation message please contact Dr. Dawn Lindsley (dawn.lindsley@unl.edu) to verify the status of your submission. The person submitting a proposal is the primary contact and is responsible for notifying all other participants of acceptance, rejection, scheduling, and any other information provided.

Do you have an interest in staffing the "lesson plan / programming lounge" for an hour anytime throughout the day? This is an open space for educators to come in and have some work time on enhancing and existing lesson/program and/or working on new lesson/program. *
