Westfall Elementary is having a Vehicle Career Day Friday, May 17th! We are looking for volunteers from all different professions that utilize some type of vehicle or equipment, as part of their job. We are asking for professionals to come to the school and speak with elementary age students about what they do for work and how they utilize their vehicle or equipment in their job. This event is all day from 9:30-2:30, with classes rotating between stations every 15 minutes. We understand that you may not be able to give up a whole day of work, and would be willing to schedule for only half of the time too, if you are able. You would be presenting to grades as young as kindergarten through 5th grade. The goal of the day is to give students a greater awareness of different careers and what they do.
