Berne Hometown Heroes Banner Program Application
This application must be completed and submitted by May 15th, 2021.

The cost of a banner is $125, and a high resolution picture is needed. Banners will be taken down in the fall
or you may choose to have banners displayed for up to two years.

A memorial booklet consisting of all veterans being honored will be presented to
each family and additional booklets will be for sale.
