Holley Holiday Candy Grams 

**All orders must be placed no later than Wednesday, December 13, 2023!  

Holiday Grams will be delivered on 12/6, 12/8, 12/12 and 12/14!

Grams are $1.00 each for a personalized gram and candy.

No limit to how many you can send. YOU MUST COMPLETE A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH ONE YOU WANT TO SEND.  

You may order online here or every morning in the front foyer on any school day.

Who is this gram for? Please put First and Last name. *
 Select the grade and homeroom class that the person you are buying for is in. This is very important! The Candy Gram will be delivered to the student or their homeroom teacher. *
If teacher name is not listed or delivery location is not in a classroom please tell where. Example: Send home, or to office ( If the candy gram is going to someone who does not go to MHE such as a parent or relative, please select your child's homeroom class so your student can take it home.)
Type the name of the person who is GIVING the Candy Gram. Hint: it's ok to type "Mom" or "Mom and Dad". If it is being given by your child, type your child's name.

Note: if you want to give your candy gram anonymously, or as a "secret admirer" you may write "ANONYMOUS" or "SECRET ADMIRER".
