Female Leaders of the Americas - Application Form

Thank you for your interest in the Female Leaders of the Americas (FLOTA) program. This application form will allow us to see if you are a good fit for our program!

The Female Leaders of the Americas program will run for 10 weeks from June 21-August 29 and will require approximately 1-3 hours of work per week. Participants will learn about leadership while interacting with girls from throughout the Americas. Each participant will also choose one of three tracks to pursue: Government & Politics, International Relations, or Language & Culture.

Eligibility
- You must identify as female and be between the ages of 13-19 from any country in North America or South America.
- Willing to commit 1-3 hours to complete all program activities for the entire duration of the program
- Be Open-minded, respectful, and willing to learn!
- Have a basic understanding of English
