[Application] Community of Practice Equity Initiative Focused on Equitable Course Placement and Completion

Thank you for completing this application to participate in the Community of Practice (CoP) Equity Initiative focused on Equitable Course Placement and Completion in partnership with EdTrust-West. The CoP will occur over one year, from September 2024 to June 2025.

Before beginning the application, we ask that you carefully review our Request for Application (RFA) and read through each of the bulleted reminders below:

Priority Deadline: May 29, 2024
Final Deadline: June 28, 2024
One application per college will be accepted.
This application will take approximately 20 minutes to complete, not inclusive of time spent gathering documents and information needed for completion.
You will receive a follow-up email for an optional planning call with EdTrust-West.
Each applying college must select a point of contact authorized to complete and submit the application on behalf of the college. The designated point of contact will be responsible for managing communications between their campus team and EdTrust--West throughout the Community of Practice.
