Class of 2022 - Scheduling Course Request Form
Please fill out this form to register for classes for next year. The counseling staff will do their best to accommodate your choices, however you may not get all of the classes you are requesting.

You need to choose 7.5 credits.

Each required subject area is listed below.  Even if you have taken all the required classes in that subject area you can choose more, they will count as electives.  For example, you've had three years of science, you can still choose another class in the science section and it will count as an elective for graduation requirements.

You need to complete 4 credits of English, 4 credits of math, 3 credits of science, 3 credits of social studies, 2 credits of Fine Arts, 2 Credits World Language, 1 Credit Physical Education (unless you are in marching band all 4 years), .5 credit APEX health, .5 credit technology, and 9 other electives.

ENGLISH *
You need a full credit of English, unless you took AP Lit this year.

MATH *
Math is REQUIRED in your senior year, regardless of how many math courses you've taken in the past. If you enrolled in Career Center your senior year, you don't need to sign up for a math.  Depending on your future plans you may still need to take a math class even if you are in career center, please talk with Ms. Jefts about this.  *Also, completing two years of Construction or Innovative Engineerig OR one year of Welding  or Cybersecurity covers your Algebra 2 requirement.

SOCIAL STUDIES *

SCIENCE *
If you finished Physical Science you are not required to take a science class senior year.  Choose the "I don't need a science class option."

WORLD LANGUAGE *
If you complete your full career center program (which means both years if it's a two year program), or take a 3rd art credit, you aren't required to take Spanish 2.  However, some colleges want to see two years of language.  Check with Ms. Jefts to determine what the best choice is for you.
TECHNOLOGY *
You must take one technology class before you graduate.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION/HEALTH *
You must taken two PE classes (PE, Strength or Aerobics) and one class of Health before you graduate.  PE may be waived if you are in marching band for four years.  You can only have one PE class per trimester.

FINE/APPLIED ARTS *
You must take two credits (four classes) before graduation.  Career center will also cover your art credits.

CAREER CENTER
Each Career Center Class runs for a full year and counts for a total of 3 credits.
