Medway Medical Group is looking to merge with Reach Healthcare.

Reach Healthcare is a highly regarded practice of approximately a 23,000 list size surgery based in Gillingham, Walderslade and Lordswood. It is a training practice with students and junior doctors. It offers minor surgery, women’s health clinics and other additional services such as ECG and 24 hour blood pressure recording. Reach Healthcare have a dedicated prescriptions team and phone hub to help improve prescription requests and general access.

As you may be aware, General Practice is under immense strain and the proposed move to merge is strategic to improve resilience and leadership within our team. Our plan is to offer more services and improved access for all patients. There would be no proposed changes to our branches and patients would not be expected to go to Lordswood or Walderslade for routine medical appointments
