This is the alternate means of entry (AMOE) for the Stash Under Armour ($UA) Stock Party Sweepstakes. If you are chosen as the Grand Prize Winner, PCG365 LLC will contact you by email and telephone within approximately ten (10) days following the Random Drawing. You will be required to complete, sign, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability, a Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release and an IRS W2 Form including the Grand Prize Winner’s social security number within five (5) days of first attempted notification.
