THESE ARE THE RULES FOR THE CLUB. PLEASE READ THEM THOROUGHLY. These rules apply to both our in-person club meetings as well as our Discord Server.

1. Please respect everyone and treat them kindly.
- We do not welcome nor tolerate any negativity towards a person or group of people. If there is a reason to believe someone in the club or server is bullying, harassing, or sexually assaulting others, we have the right to report them to the Office of Equity and Compliance.

2. Please be careful of what you say and post.
- There are people from the game development industry and other organizations within Cal Poly Pomona. If you think a company recruiter or the dean of your college would not be happy with what you want to post, please do not post it.

3. Please do not bring political, offensive, crude or inappropriate discussion/media to the club/server.
- We are a simple game development club that is open to all, so inappropriate discussions are not welcome. If you think what you say/post might hurt someone's feelings or affect someone in some way, please refrain from saying/posting it.

4. Please make sure your profile picture and server nickname/Discord tag are clean and appropriate for the club setting. If your name or profile picture is inappropriate, offensive, or crude, we must ask you to change it.*

5. Please do not spam any chat or channel with messages, posts, or other media. If you would like to promote your club, project, research, etc., please reach out to an Officer, Board member, or the President before sending your message.*

6. Please DO NOT reuse others' work without their permission.
- Whoever created the work has the right to share and use the work. If anyone is caught in the act of academic dishonesty or career/industrial dishonesty, it is an automatic offense to ban you.
