As the designated credit card holder, you will be required to provide a damage deposit at check-in as per Blue Mountain Policy. Any reported incidental damages or room charges reported for your specific room will be charged to your card. It will be your responsibility to get reimbursed by your roommates for their share of the costs. If no damages or charges are reported, any damage deposits will be returned. If no one from your room has a credit card, Blue Mountain also accepts cash and certified cheques.
Note that the designated credit card holder can be any member in your room, it does not specifically need to be the person filling out this form. However, please make sure that if the designated credit card holder isn't the one filling out this form, that they are aware and have agreed to take on this role.
Note that if you are filling out this form with no particular roommates in mind, you must write your own name in this section.
