Sales Associates duties include, but are not exclusively limited to: sales, opening and closing shift duties, sales reports, fulfilling online orders, returns, vendor management, updating shop displays, receiving deliveries, updating and inspecting retail inventory, reporting damaged inventory, submitting special orders, gift wrapping, correcting back orders and returns as per company policy. Direct customer contact including in store, phone, and email communication. Store Manager duties include all Sales Associate duties as well as staff training, hiring, scheduling, monthly budgeting, reporting and more.
