ALWG Conference Refund Request
You will need to submit a refund request for each ticket you want refunded (Family Group Tickets only need one request).

Please allow 10 - 14 days to process all request.

If you purchased a hotel room through the hotel website or over the phone and are no longer needing it, you will need to contact them to cancel your room reservation.
