Project first.wave is committed to supporting music industry players in this process. Our core objective is to create balance and increase the participation and employment of female and non-binary music producers in the music and entertainment sectors and beyond.
We invite industry stakeholders, businesses, and music professionals to collaborate in exploring potential solutions and actions for long-term development in DEI.
