Registration Form - PEI October 3, 2020 Ride
This ride is designed to be COVID compliant.

Join us to see one of the prettiest parts of the Confederation Trail on Prince Edward Island, and ride from St Peter’s to Morell and back (24 km). On the day of the ride (Oct 3rd from 1 to 4:30pm), we will be praying about some of the important issues facing us at this time. We will begin in St Peter’s Bay and pause to ask God’s blessing on this journey with a spirit of hope.  Throughout the ride, we will pray using themes of poverty as manifest in lack of suitable housing and employment; mental health and care for creation.  Our final prayer stop will be back where we began, praying for our mission of our baptism as we go forward from the ride.  

The suggested registration fee is $10 for an individual and $20 for a family, due in cash on the day of the event.

I know that CYCLING WITH SISTERS (“the EVENT”) is a potentially dangerous activity and I participate out of my own free will and choice. In choosing to attend the EVENT, I fully accept and assume all risks, whether before, during or after the EVENT and its related events.  

I grant the EVENT the unrestricted right, license, and authority to display, record, and/or otherwise use my image, voice, likeness and/or any depiction of mine in whole or in part for any purpose at the EVENT's sole discretion, including, but not limited to, any account, description, picture, video, audio, reproduction or other information related to the event.

If you are registering a minor under the age of 18, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of that person and have the legal authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement, Waiver & Release of Liability on his/her behalf and that you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, Waiver & Release of Liability.
