The L2R Impact Fund available to support schools, community-based organizations, and local health jurisdictions to increase equitable engagement in school-based K-12 COVID-19 testing and vaccination services across Washington State. Please complete the following information to express interest in the L2R Fund. Filling out this form does not obligate you or your organization to any next steps.
