MiLB 2023-2024 Off-Season Location and Contact Information 

All Minor League Players (including Free Agents) are subject to random testing at all times during the off-season.  You are responsible for submitting off-season contact information to Drug Free Sport International (DFSI).  You are required to update your information whenever your location or contact information changes for ANY reason, for ANY period of time.  You may be subject to discipline for "Failure to Test" if you are selected for testing and are unable to be contacted using the information that you provided, or if you are contacted, but are not at the location indicated on your off-season contact form.
