Where are you from? *
In San Antonio, city code and regulation states:

Semi-nude or semi-nudity or state of semi-nudity shall mean a state of dress which fails to completely and opaquely cover:

(1) Human genitals, pubic region or pubic hair;

(2) Crevice of buttocks or anus;

(3) Any portion of the female breast that is situated below a point immediately above the top of the areola; or

(4) Any combination of the foregoing.

Were you aware of this before today?

*
Due to the definition of semi-nudity, many entertainers (dancers), who are independent contractors need to wear large bottoms.

Typically, the majority of the dancers breast is covered with a spray on makeup  or latex. This is for the dancers protection, as it opaquely covers the breast. In some clubs, their buttocks are also sprayed with makeup as well, for extra measure.

Do you think dancers should have to take these precautions?
*
Do you think dancers in cabarets, sexually oriented businesses, and the like, should be allowed to be dressed in a state of "semi-nudity" without punishment or penalty?

Example: A dancer wearing a thong or showing her breasts without the presence of spray. Both of these are considered "semi-nudity"
*
If you were to enter  an establishment with entertainers, what would your response be to seeing nearly all dancers with spray, latex, or a bikini top on? *
Do you believe that entertainers should be allowed to wear thongs, g strings, cheeky bottoms, and the like? *
Would you recommend people to go to another city or state, to enjoy topless or nude clubs, instead of San Antonio? *
The "three foot rule" is described as followed:

Three-foot rule.

(1) It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally or knowingly entertain or appear in a state of semi-nudity on the premises of a sexually oriented business unless the person is more than three (3) feet from any patron or customer.

(2) It shall be unlawful for a patron or customer on the premises of a sexually oriented business to intentionally or knowingly approach within three (3) feet or less of a person who is entertaining or appearing in a state of semi-nudity.

Were you aware of this before today? Do you agree with this?

*
I have visited an adult entertainment establishment / strip club / sexually oriented business before. *
I believe that entertainers should adhere to the "three foot rule" and therefore not appear in a state of semi-nudity while working. *
I would be more likely to spend money in an establishment in which entertainers can appear in a state of semi-nudity or nudity, and be within three feet of patrons or customers. *
I would rather travel to another city or state for adult entertainment, and spend my money there, if it meant entertainers were in a state of semi-nudity or nudity.  *
What changes would you like to see to the San Antonio adult entertainment scene?
Do you feel that the regulations and restrictions for caberets, entertainers, semi-nudity, nudity, and sexually oriented businesses are unreasonable? Or do you feel that they're reasonable? *
Do you think San Antonio would see positive economical changes if regulations were lightened and/or entertainers were given more lenience for their bottoms/breasts? *
Do you have anything else you would like to add?
