Kidtastic Events Booking Form

Our spacious, kid-friendly party space is ideal for hosting a celebration for up to 50 guests, that’s including children and adults. We use it for our after-school program during the week. The interior is 1600 square feet in size. There are two restrooms and one food prep kitchen with a refrigerator (no freezer or stove). Works best with rectangular tables (round tables can work too depending on the set up). Enjoy natural lighting from big beautiful windows or close the drapes for privacy. A smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and microphone are ready for use. Free WiFi. There are three entrances and exits. The main entrance and first restroom are wheelchair accessible. Chairs and tables are provided. Offer a memorable experience by adding outdoor seating for your guests. Booking time INCLUDES set up and clean up time for your event - please book accordingly.

Host Rules​​
  • Cash payments are preferred but we also accept Cash App, PayPal and Zelle. 

  • A 50% security deposit (ie. $250) as well as a refundable cleaning fee ($100) is required to reserve your event day/time. That is a total of $350 to lock in the date of your event. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event. Cancellations up until three hours of the event are eligible for up to 75% refund of what was paid. 
  • Although a refundable cleaning fee is charged with the booking deposit, guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. The cleaning fee will not be refunded if guests do not follow Host rules or cause damage to the property.
  • The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation.
  • Guests must remove any equipment or rentals they bring in, and need to factor this setup and pack up/clean up time in booking hours.
  • There is no smoking allowed in the space.

  • Alcohol is prohibited.

  • There is no open flame, grilling or frying allowed on site.

  • No soliciting. No loitering. No selling.

  • A signed Event Liability Waiver for the event is required.
