This is where you register your interest in managing an event and apply for seed funding for our 2023 nationwide celebration of poetry.  Please fill in the basic details below to give us an idea of the event you have in mind. Be brief but clear, as your funding may depend on your description!

We’re looking forward to our annual celebration of the power of poetry! After several tricky years, we are hoping poetry can heal and uplift, lighting the way forward. If you would like to theme your event with this in mind, please do – but we welcome all your creativity for events and competitions, so don’t feel constrained.

You may find it helpful to read the Guidelines Pack (https://www.nzbookawards.nz/national-poetry-day/how-to-run-a-national-poetry-day-event/). If you prefer, you can fill in the Registration Form Template in the Guidelines Pack as a word document first, then just copy and paste your answers into this online form.
