At this time, this "Cycle 7" application process has been postponed and will reopen as soon as funding for the program is more certain. In short, this portal to intake requests is available at this time.
This is not a decision the Department came to easily, and we understand the timing is difficult. However, we do not want to mislead the public by accepting applications we may not be able to fund construction thereafter.
This postponement does not affect previously approved applications, and we will continue to prioritize outstanding applications as funding becomes available.
