Category 1 (Hard technologies): Dry Proofing, Wet Proofing,Elevation, Relocation, Floating Homes, Amphibious Homes,

Category 2 (Soft technologies): Rain Gardens/Retention Areas, Urban Neighborhood Interventions

with the following ranking scores:
0- Not applicable (when information on a technology does not apply to the particular criteria)
1,2- Extremely weak performance, strongly unfavorable
3,4- Poor performance, major improvement needed
4,5- At an acceptable or above level
6,7- Very favorable performance, but still needing improvement
8,9,10- Clearly outstanding performance which is way above the norm

There are 8 Sections (8 Technologies) each having the same 10 criterion to be graded against.
