The Niver Creek Mural
Coming to Welby in 2024

Adams County Parks, Open Space & Cultural Arts and the Adams County Arts & Culture Commission will award an artist team to paint a mural on the concrete walls that run along Niver Creek.

The mural will be huge in size and will cover both sides of a ½ mile stretch from Rotella Park west through Downing Drive Bridge. It will also be huge in terms of community impact and the artist team will host public feedback sessions to get to know Welby and design a mural that speaks to the unique character and spirit of the neighborhood.

The selection process will be an Open Call for Entry for artists. Help us spread the word! Fill out this form to nominate an artist.
