The Southern VT BIPOC Vaccine Clinics program have now come to a close.

To book an appointment that is close to you, at the nearest available time, call the call center (855-722-7878) and let them know your eligibility (whether you identify as BIPOC -Black, Indigenous, Person of color, or because you are in a household with a BIPOC person).

For those who have already filled out your information, know that we are committed to keeping your data secure. As such, we will be deleting it and notifying you of your next steps on your vaccination process.
