If you have a child who will be picked up from our pick up line at the end of the day, please submit your request here.  If your child will be walking home or to the caregiver please use this form.

If your child is being picked up mid-day, please submit the time and reason below.   

If there is a change to your child's schedule, please use this form.

All car rider requests need to be completed by 2:00 to ensure students are dismissed accordingly .
