1) Check-in line up starts at 11:00 AM, Sept 10th and closes at Noon.
2) Parade begins promptly at 1:00 AM at Memorial Park + Butler. All units are to be prepared to move forward by 12:30 PM.
3) Identification banner is REQUIRED for all entries.
4) FORWARD motion must be maintained throughout the parade route.
NO STOPPING TO PERFORM FOR ANY REASON.
5) All participants must be uniformed, costumed or appropriately attired.
6) No shooting of firearms, no sirens or other loud noises that interfere with other units will be permitted.
7) Noise levels of each entry should be so that each entry can be heard. NO vehicle honking or air horns permitted.
8) Submitting a completed application does not imply acceptance into the parade you will receive approval via email within a week of application.
9) All entries should have a positive theme which respects diversity, inclusion, and isn't divisive or does harm to another group.
