Thank you for applying to Seattle Lutheran High School. Please complete this registration form which secures your spot for math placement testing on either January 8 or 22 from 10 AM to 12 PM in the Seattle Lutheran Gym. The $40 fee will be invoiced after registration.

The math placement test is adaptive to each student’s correct or incorrect answers; many of the questions will be difficult for students to answer correctly. Some students will finish earlier than others and may be done prior to noon.  iPads will be provided for each student, along with paper and pencil for math computations. The assessment will take place in the Seattle Lutheran gym accessible on the Genesee Street entrance up the staircase and across the patio; please arrive no later than 9:55 AM.

COVID protocols: Each student will need to be screened and will have their temperature taken prior to entry into the building by a staff person. Students should bring their own water bottle. Students will be spaced to allow for adequate social distancing; iPads and pencils will be sanitized before and after use. If you do have Covid-19 symptoms, please stay home and we'll reschedule your assessment.
