Please complete this form to register for the 2022 Westlake Girls Lacrosse trials. Trials will be held on Tuesday 29 March & 5 April from 3.30pm - 5.00pm on the School turf .1.

Lacrosse is played on Thursday afternoons from 3.30pm - 6.00pm from 12th May - 11th August 2022.

Training Day will be held on a Tuesday, commencing from 5 April at 3.30 - 5.00pm on Turf .1.

Fees $120 includes Uniform and Tournament

Important dates for 2022:

Lacrosse Auckland Championships: 1 Day Tournament is on Thursday 11th August 2022 which will be held at Avondale Racecourse.

New Zealand Championships: From Friday 2 to Sunday 4 September @ Memorial Park, Cambridge

Student Declaration: I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set by Westlake Girls, to abide by the Student Code of Behaviour (listed on the school website) and to commit to attending all scheduled games and practices.

Parent/Caregiver Declaration: I agree to the above student participating in the selected sport, will ensure that she meets the above requirements and rules set out by Westlake Girls and will pay the fee for the above sport. I am aware that once the team is registered there are no refunds for this sport.
