2022 Elevation Celebration Vendor Application
The 2022 Elevation Celebration will be held Saturday, July 30th & Sunday July 31st  The vendor area will be open Saturday from 10:00a - 8:00p and Sunday from 9:30a - 6:30p.  Both days will feature a free street faire, local live music on two stages, kid's entertainment, and two beer tents. Vendor space is limited.  

**VENDOR APPLICATION PROCESS for 2022**  
All applications must be in and paid for by June 1st. Applications submitted after June 1st (if space is available) will be charged a $25 late fee. Once applications are submitted, the committee will review each application and you will be sent an invoice if you have been accepted. Once notified, vendors will need to submit payment by June 1st or there will be a $25 late fee applied. Please note:  if we do not receive your payment by June 1st, your balance including a late fee must be paid by June 10th otherwise your application will be withdrawn and your spot released.  

VENDOR FEES for two day event:
Artisans/ Nonprofit / Food Trucks:  $180 Chamber member/ $200 Non Members
Informational:  $250 Chamber member/ $300 Non Members
$25 late fee if you sign up after June 1st.
**Fees will be due on or before June 1st.


INSURANCE:
Vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Liability listing the Conifer Area Chamber of Commerce as additionally insured. Please email this document to admin@goconifer.com by July 15th.
