Empower, Leaves and Benefits Issues
UESF has been following the issues emerging from Empower since January. We have also been pushing hard to make sure our members receive their legally required leaves and benefits.

However, addressing this on a case by case basis is not a sustainable solution. UESF has already informed the District that we are moving forward in organizing documented concerns to present a legal case based on the extreme errors in payroll, leaves and benefits. It is unacceptable that the most basic, legal rights to pay and benefits are not being taken seriously.

Please fill out this survey with as much accurate and detailed information as possible so that we can offer it to our lawyers. They will be building a case to present to the District in the coming month.
