Point in Time Results Survey
This tool supports the analysis of data on the Point in Time (PIT) that have been submitted to HUD from Continuums of Care. The results will be exported and charted to provide a broader picture and understanding of homelessness within a particular community, or for comparison across a region.

Regions should add the data that was submitted to HUD and should submit a separate survey for each year of reporting. The form is divided into sections for each of the measures. If the response in your report is "0," please include this value. If you do not have responses, then please skip and leave the answer blank.
