Concert Band Instrument Selection
Grade 7 Band students and their families are asked to complete this form indicating the student's TOP 3 choices for an instrument to play this year. Instruments will be assigned on a first come, first served basis and will also take into consideration the instrumental needs of the class. Please do NOT choose the same instrument three times - this will result in the teacher choosing the instrument instead of the child.
