If you wish to apply for a place in the Sixth Form at St Richard Reynolds Catholic High School in The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames you should complete this form by the closing date 11th January 2020.

If you are a Baptised Catholic and you wish to apply under a faith criterion, you should also complete and return the Supplementary Information Form 2020/2021, available from our website or from the College Office. If you do not provide the information required and return it to the school, with all supporting documentation, by the closing date, your child may not be placed in the appropriate faith category and this is likely to affect your chance of being offered a place.
