BLUE + Fully Remote Students Promotion Ceremony Invite/RSVP

Hi There! We are able to allow 1-2 guests per student for the promotion ceremony. This is not a graduation, but just a chance to recognize the ending of 8th Grade and the students' time at MVMS. Each student will receive a certificate of promotion.
This form is so that we have a list of parents or family members attending. There is also a live stream option for any parent that chooses to attend remotely. Anyone attending in person will be required to wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines.
For the remote option, a link will be sent the morning of the ceremony.
