Sponsor/ Vendor Application - KECA's Elk Country Archery Challenge 2022

Join us for our first ever Elk Country Archery Challenge and experience something like you've never seen before in Elk Country! Competitors will not only test their skills as an archer but also as an athlete. This event will be held over the course of three days with different challenges each day including a Challenge Course, Head-to-Head Races, 3D Target Course, and a Pack Race to finish off the event. We will crown a winner for each individual challenge and then we will combine scores over all to crown the Monarch and Matriarch of Winslow Hill! Prizes will include CASH and other merchandise prizes.

This event will also include Vendors and Various Sponsor Opportunities. Opportunities will include: 3D Target & Obstacle Sponsors, Challenge Event Sponsors, and more! We are also accepting donations (merchandise or monetary) to help cover prizes for top finishers and door prizes. As a sponsor, you will receive public mention of this first ever event, marketing opportunities throughout the event, and various signage visible to both our competitors and the general public. If you sign up for a Sponsorship Opportunity, you will be contacted by one of KECA's Field Directors to obtain logos and/ or additional information for signage and marketing materials.

As a Vendor, you can purchase a 10x10 or 10x20 space to display your goods. We are currently accepting any and all vendors that sell products that are closely related to archery, sporting goods, outdoor products, and food vendors. Vendors will be asked to remain open for the event's entirety unless previously discussed with event coordinators.

Event Hours are as follows:
Friday:
Vendor Setup - 11AM to 2PM
Event- 2PM - 7PM (3D Course open until 8PM)

Saturday:
Event - 8AM - 5PM (3D Course open until 6PM)

Sunday:
Event - 9AM - 2PM (3D Course open until 3PM)
Vendor Tear down - anytime after 2PM

LIMITED electricity is available on a first come, first serve basis. Tents, Tables, and Chairs are not provided.
