Online Raffle Form for Türkiye/Syria Earthquake Fundraiser
NOTE: THIS FORM IS ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN'T ATTEND THE EVENT. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT THIS FORM IF YOU WILL BE PRESENT. Thank you! ♥

If you are unable to attend the event in person, you can buy raffle tickets online using the form below following THESE INSTRUCTIONS.

Raffle tickets prices are:
  • 1 for $3
  • 2 for $5
  • 5 for $10
  • 10 for $15
  • 20 for $20
  • Tickets over 20 are $1 each.
  1. Specify the number of tickets you would like to buy in the first field.
  2. Specify the amount of money you will send by Venmo or PayPal (calculate total using the prices listed above)
  3. Indicate how many tickets you would like to submit for a given item (this MUST total up to the number of tickets you have bought)
  4. Submit form
  5. Follow the instructions on the confirmation page to submit payment
Your purchase will not be valid until payment is received. 

Raffle tickets may be purchased up to and during the event, through 7pm Sunday, February 26th.

IMPORTANT:  You are responsible to either pick up the item from New York City, OR cover all shipping/transportation costs to bring the item to you.

Time-permitting, you will be notified by email of the ticket numbers assigned to you so you can follow along during the livestream in the FB Event Page

The raffle will be held at approximately 7:30pm during the event.
