Our camps are designed for girls and young women that want to achieve greatness. Our camps focus on technique and strategy - along with a bit of fun. We help you learn how to think on the go and be a step ahead of the competition. In short, we will make you a better wrestler!

Women wrestle freestyle in college so these camps will cover freestyle technique. Much of this technique is also useful in folkstyle. If you've never done any freestyle don't worry - most girls haven't. Every girl that dreams of wrestling in college should try to get as much freestyle experience as possible before graduation. These camps are a great way to add to your knowledge base.

This two day camp is geared for younger wrestlers and will have dedicated instructors working with them. College athletes and coaches will help your younger wrestler develop their skills in an age appropriate way and mix in wrestling games, strategy and mindset training throughout the sessions.
