I certify that if selected to volunteer, I (volunteer) am able to complete duties such as lifting objects, being on my feet for up to 6 hours, supporting my team and keeping guests happy. I also agree to remain clear minded and free of drugs/alcohol during my shift. *

If chosen as an MFF volunteer, I will show up to the festival on time and work my scheduled shifts(s). If I am unable to attend the festival, I will give a minimum of 30 day notice to the Volunteer Coordinator. Do you agree to these terms? *
