Student Locker Application Form - 2024
A Locker provides students with a secure location to store equipment and books which allows them to reduce the items carried throughout the school day.

Locker Hire is $40 annually. You will need to apply for a new locker each year.

Before you complete this application form you will require a school locker combination lock,  please click here to view an example. Please do not use a luggage lock as they are not strong enough. 

Narrabeen Sports High School is not responsible for broken and damaged locks.
